    Inherited an 18-month backlog. Built the operating system from scratch.

    ProblemA national mental-health platform with 4M+ registered users, an 18-month delivery backlog, and no working product framework. Stakeholders across government, clinical, and engineering teams were misaligned.

    ActionInstalled a full product operating model: discovery rituals, prioritisation framework, delivery cadence, and a single source of truth. Rebuilt trust between clinical, policy, and engineering before rebuilding the roadmap.

    Full rebuild of a national LMS. 225%+ surge in programme applications, week one.

    ProblemField of Play, the LMS supporting coaches and programme leaders nationwide, was due for a full rebuild. Adoption depended on getting the launch right the first time.

    ActionLed discovery with coaches and administrators, defined the rebuild scope around the smallest set of high-leverage flows, and shipped on a tight delivery cadence with a cross-functional team.

A product mind shaped by two continents.

I was born and raised in Nigeria, where I learned that the most useful product manager in the room is the one who can build clarity out of constraint. I've since shipped product across West Africa and Canada, from advertising platforms reaching tens of millions of consumers, to public-health systems serving millions of registered users.

Today I'm based in Toronto, where I lead delivery on platforms that real people depend on. My work tends to find me at the messy beginning: a stalled programme, an inherited backlog, a team without a system. I bring the operating model. Then we ship.

Faith, family, and community are the quiet structure under all of it, the reason I show up calm in rooms that aren't.

  1. i.

    Build the system first.

    Features are downstream of an operating model. I start with how decisions get made, how work flows, and how outcomes are measured — then everything else gets faster.

  2. ii.

    Measure what matters.

    If we can't name the metric that moves, we're not ready to ship. I push hard on the smallest set of numbers that tell the truth, and I trust them in public.

  3. iii.

    Ship with discipline.

    Cadence beats heroics. I install rituals, not chaos — clear scope, honest estimates, visible trade-offs. The team protects the line; the line protects the user.
